The media training arm if the group was formed as a direct result of an invitation by the University of Salford to contribute to media courses. Principle teaching areas include:

Script to Screen

A series of ten lectures and tutorials which follow the development of a basic television concept through research, audience targeting and potential, to production, piloting and commissioning.

Business and Employment Practice

A series of twelve lectures analysing the approach of television companies to the recruitment, employment and development of potential staff and from an employee point of view the building of an excellent personal portfolio of useful and detailed experience, knowledge of the industry and individual companies, and the all-important folio of production concepts.

Media Environment

Ten lectures which feature all aspects of media industry activities and practice – including costs, budgeting, and financial factors, through day to day news views and opinions which set the scene for the style of programmes which feature in the current schedules.
